1: sample order confirmation
Confirm sample style and classify according to customer’s details
（1）If you completed tech pack,we will develop sample as per your request
（2） If you have no tech pack,you can choose style from our company catalog or web or other place .we can make a style drawing for your approval,and develop sample based on your request
（3） If you have no any photo or style file, we can provide design drawing and our styles,you can choose the one you like.
After the design draft is confirmed, the raw materials need to be confirmed:
Confirm the fabric’s material,GSM,color etc.
Confirm the accessories’ color, size,YKK Zipper or ordinary zipper
Confirm sample’s size chart (we also can recommend size chart to you)
Confirm the logo whether embroidery or print,we need you to offer the Ai or PDF file
Confirm the fabric’s waterproof/breathable functional requirement
Our salesmen will quickly reply and coordinate, and maintain professional communication with you until the product is confirmed. The salesmen will pass the information you provide to our professional product manager who is responsible for your sample order. The product manager and the professional workwear designer in the design department set up a project team to take charge of your sample sheet technology and production process until delivery. According to the way you provide sample information, BOWINS Design Department, IE Department and Raw Material Purchasing Department can discuss the sample style, layout, material and processing technology to confirm that all links meet the requirements.
2: Sample Quotation and Invoice making
We will calculate the final price according to your detailed requirement and approximate quantities of bulk order,because quantities can be affect the price
We need you to offer your shipping address for calculating the shipping cost
(Note: Sample cost will be tripled of bulk price,it can be refunded after official order)
After confirming the final price,we will make PI for you
3: Payment of sample
We will send you sample invoice and payment account,please arrange sample payment with freight cost
4: Production of sample
We will arrange fabric and accessories after getting the sample payment.
Our technical department will start pattern making
Arrange Print or Embroidery,then we cut sample fabric and start sewing,we will negotiate with you about the shipping date,generally we can send out samples in 10-15 days
Usually the sample is completed, we will choose Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT and other courier companies to send out samples.you can also pay the shipping cost on your side or give us your paid account,the package will be delivered to you within 5-7 days normally
After shipping ,We will email to you with attached sample photo and tracking number.
5: Feedback of sample
After you received the sample,We need you to offer us comments regarding to the sample color, size,fabric,comfortable etc
We can provide revised sample based on your comments
If you are satisfied with first sample,you can place bulk order to us,we will order correct materials and provide fabric lab dips,before cutting we will send you pre-production sample for approval.
